Mail Filtering and Archiving

Protect your mailbox(s) with GalaxyProtect services. This filters mail before it reaches your inbox, so it doesn’t clutter your INBOX with SPAM, Viruses, or hacker/spammer injection systems. It will also allow you to review and rescue any mail that may be stopped prematurely.

With the Archival option, all your incoming and outgoing mail is recorded and stored for each calendar year. You may search through the archive for something you deleted by accident and have it re-delivered. At the end of the calendar year, all the mail for your domain(s) are written to media and sent to you.

The GalaxyProtect services are private and secure. The junk email and virus protection is an automated process. Nobody has access to your email except you. Nobody will read your email. Your email is not censored, YOU control the filter settings.

How it works

Your email passes through GalaxyProtect’s automated filters that detect suspected junk email and viruses.
Suspicious email is directed to your personal, web-based, password-protected Message Center (it does not arrive at your computer’s in box). Think of this as a quarantine area. In your Message Center you can read the quarantined email online, delete it, or deliver (forward) it to your INBOX.

Initially you should visit your Message Center often because GalaxyProtect “remembers and learns” from your interaction. As time goes on you will be able to rely on GalaxyProtect’s periodic notifications of your Message Center activity.

GalaxyProtect lets you “block” senders; meaning email from them will always be filtered. Or you can “approve” senders; meaning their email will always be delivered.

Should any SPAM get through the filter, you can visit your Message Center and “Report” this SPAM which GalaxyProtect will “learn” and make a more informed decision the next time a similar email comes in.
